By commissioning me you agree to my ToS stated below

1. Rights

- All rights for illustrations will be reserved by me
- All prices listed are for private use (exc. Vtuber Models, Ref. 6.)
- Private Use includes using the illustrations on X, Twitch and Discord
- Commercial use can be bought for a fee and gives you the rights to use illustrations in a reproductive way (Ref 5.2. Commercial Use)
- Designs belong to their respective owners
- Reselling artworks is only allowed for the original commissioner with commercial use
- I am allowed to stream all my commissions if not stated otherwise

2. Process

- After receiving payment the commission will be started.
- Sketches will be sent for approval before finishing the commission.
- After sketch approval, only small changes can be made throughout the commission
- Commission is completed after accepting the final product
- Bigger changes after sketch approval, will cost extra.
- Tight deadlines can be stated but cost extra

3. Refunds

- Full refunds can only be made if no work has begun yet.
- After receiving a sketch, the commissions cannot be refunded.

4. Payments

- Payments must be made within 48 hours after receiving an invoice
- Payments will be made through Paypal

5. Fees

5.1 Simple Commerical Use

- Fee: x1.5
- Use: indirect selling
- Examples: Patreon, Youtube Videos

5.2 Standard Commerical Use

- Commerical Fee: x2.0
- Use: reproductive ways
- Examples: Merch, ResellingReselling:
- Reselling artworks is only allowed for the original commissioner
- Reselling is only allowed if priced lower than the original price without commercial use

5.3 Secrecy

- Fee: + 10%
- I will not be allowed to stream or show the commission before getting the ok from the commissioner

5.4 Cutted Illustrations

- Fee: x1.5
- Illustrations will be cutted for rigging or animation
- Price is already included in Vtuber Commissions

5.5 Deadline Fee

- Fee: x1.5
- Commissions that need to be rushed
- Only necessary if the deadline is within the next 1,5 months

6. Vtuber Model Rights

- Vtuber Models include Simple Commercial Use
- Models may not be used for reselling nor merch if not bought with Standard Commercial use!
- Reselling Models must be below the listed Vtuber Model price and is only possible with Standard Commercial Use.
- Vtuber Models can only be resold once.
